Will you be restocking sold out items?
Sometimes! If a product is coming back, you can sign up for restock notifications on the product page. If it’s not listed, it’s likely gone for good (but we’re always working on newness👀).
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, plus selected express checkout options which you’ll see at checkout.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually dispatched within 3-5 working days. Delivery times depend on the shipping option you choose at checkout, you’ll see all the details there before you place your order. Once it’s on the way, we’ll send tracking so you can follow it right to your door.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! 🌍 Shipping options (and costs) will show at checkout once you enter your address. Please note that customs fees or local taxes may apply depending on your country.
I entered the wrong address; can I change it?
If you spot it quickly, email us straight away at mail@custardlondon.com. We’ll do our best to update it before your order is dispatched, but once it’s left us, we’re unable to make changes.
What’s your return policy?
If something’s not quite right, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original condition. To start a return, just head to our returns portal (royalmail link).
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 working days. It may take a few extra days for your bank to reflect the payment, but we promise it’s on the way. If it has been over 14 working days since you returned your items and you haven’t received your refund, please don’t hesitate to get in contact with us so we help investigate what has happened!
Do you offer exchanges?
We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, simply return your original order for a refund, and place a new one.

Care instructions can be found on the product page and on the label. Following these will help keep your item looking its best for longer.
