What are your delivery times?

UK Standard Delivery

3-5 working days (excludes public holidays)
Free on orders on or over £20
£3.99 on orders under £20

UK Next Working Day Delivery

£4.95
Must be ordered before 3pm Monday - Friday.
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched Monday and arrive on the following working day.

EU & US Standard Delivery

4-5 working days
(orders are shipped from the UK so please allow for up to 14 days for arrival)
£7.00

International Standard Delivery

10-14 working days - £10

Can I track my order?

For all UK orders we currently use Evri to send your parcels. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number through email.

Can you provide worldwide shipping?

Yes we do! Our website ships internationally so please just select your shipping location at checkout!

My Order

Can I cancel my order?

Once you have placed an order with us our warehouse will start picking and packing your order which makes it hard for us to be able to make any amendments. If you are unhappy with your item(s) or no longer require them you are welcome to send them back to us using our returns service. Please contact our customer service team here for further information. 

What if I receive the wrong product?

If for any reason you receive an incorrect item please reach out to our customer service team here

Do you offer exchanges for faulty items?

Please reach out to our customer service team here and they will try and help you with your exchange!

What do I do if my order hasn't arrived?

Your order should arrive to your address within the time frame stated on our delivery page & order confirmation email. For UK orders, this is typically within 3 to 5 working days & for international orders this can take up to 14 working days. Working days do not include weekends or bank holidays.

Where is my order confirmation?

Once you have placed your order you should receive an email confirmation to the email address you provided. If you have received this, please check your spam / junk folders and if you are still having problems then please reach out to our customer service team here

How do I return my product?

We’re so sorry to hear that you aren’t happy with your order from us! If you would like to return any item you are welcome to do so within 30 days from the date of your delivery date. Items need to be in a new & unused condition & in their original packaging.

Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of your order arriving back with us & it can take up to 14 working days for the refund to show in your bank account. 

If your item arrives damaged and faulty please send images to our customer service team before returning the item back to us. 

Original postage costs will not be refunded unless the item is damaged or faulty.
